Zoxna Airsoft Grenade

Hi, I recently got a Zoxna airsoft grenade from a friend who is leaving the country but when I pulled out the pin the pin thing (I don't know the name of ) When up but nothing happened now it is stuck in the up position and I can't push it down to reset the pin, any help is appreciated. Thanks
