Ham Library on Sundays

Ok, this is probably a stupid question but I was wondering if anyone knows if the Ham library is open on Sundays?? According to the library website, So does that mean you can go in there, but just can't check any books out or what? Same thing for the BLU...

According to the library website,

The Hamiton reading room will be open for consultation only on Sundays until 27 March 2011 between 11:00 and 17:00. Admission is limited to members of College and registered external readers - new "ad hoc" applications for external readers are not available.

So does that mean you can go in there, but just can't check any books out or what?

Same thing for the BLU...

Yes, you can use it for studying. But the counter is not open.
