I am looking for an investor to put up €70,000 and I would put up 30,000 to make a 100,000 down payment for a business worth €300,000 (a bank loans makes up the rest ie €200,000)
It is a well established business valued at 3 times the adjusted net profit (3 x 100,000)
There is little or no risk as the business is established well over 10 years with increasing turnover.
What kind of a return and over what length of time would an investor be looking for, for his €70,000 given how low the risk is?

What's the security ,if any for the loan?

What type of business is it?
