clk 98-01 model wiper + indacator falure

hi im just wondering could anyone help
the lights failed on my car only had hi beams. wipers motor, washer jets, indacators and spots also arent working.
every pointed to the multi function steering wheel switch. so i replaced that also while i was at it i replaced the light switch itself.
now i have hi and low beams & fogs
but i dont have wipers, washer jets or indacators.
can anyone help as im stuck. i hooked it up to the comp and the only fault showing is the control stalk is broken. but it was working in the car i took it out of :eek:

I'd say a fuse is blown, check the engine bay or possibly there may be a fuse box under the steering wheel or behind the glove compartment.

that the first thing i done. their is fuse box's under bonnet, booth, and under dash. all fuses are ok. before i put on the new switch and indacator stalk i had no low beams, indacators, front fogs, wipers or jet washers.
when i changed the parts i got back my low beams and fogs. how can 2 come back and not the rest?

Have you checked the output signals from the switch? Or the input signals to the washer pump/wipers or anything that's not working. You'd need to get the multi meter out and begin searching for a break in the circuits.

nope didnt do any of that yet as im not that skilled. but ill have to try find someone that is!!
but why would all the above stop working 2geather and when i replace the parts i get some back but not all. it seems strange to me. if it was a break wouldnt it just affect a certin thing and not all?
