Safe ways of shouting abuse at people with no reprecussions

So i decided one day to walk from the only bridge in town downstream on the banks a few hundred yards. Directly across the river i see a complete stranger guy sitting on the pier fishing

So i start roaring at him, calling him a b0llocks etc and that ill fight him etc etc. "Im gonna come over there right now" he roared back

Anyway, the above never happened (although i often fantasise about it as a way to safely vent) but i wanted to ask all, what do you think is the safest way to roar abuse at random strangers outside of the politicians currently knocking on your doors?

When taking two large pitbull dogs for a walk I imagine.
Or just join the insult thread on the thunderdome.

Although the real answer is to realise that anger like that can be a sign of depression, frustration and/or stress.
You should work on dealing with the root causes.

The above actually happened to me, minus the fishing and river. It was a canal.

Edit: It actually happened twice.

You can get some jerks on here willing to dispute your opinion (fair enough, difference of opinion) but they will insult you in a "contructed manner" also. Same people wouldnt do the same if it was face to face.
