Hi all just looking for some advice and suggestions,

So the story is, my mam has a 2008 hyundai accent and the seat's are fairly dirty so I am looking for advise on a good way to clean them, I've tried the normal seat cleaners with not much joy.

The next thing is I am looking to get seat covers front and back for it just to keep them clean so you you can recommend were to get them I don't mind fitting them myself.

    Thanks in advance:)

Try a steam cleaner. Worked a treat for me on the last car.

+1 on steam cleaning. You will need to air the car out well afterwards.

Aldi currently have a set of covers for €15!

Simple job but depending on what you have available to you you have a few options

    1-
Have a quick read of this
    http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1850276
I know its for Recaro seats specifically but it might suit your application and it wont cost much much to try

    2-
Get them done by a professional, using a proper upholstery/carpet cleaning machine.
Heres a set ive done for a customer 3 years of baby mess, this is after all the caked on mess was removed :D

    3-
Get covers, but these are going to get dirty just the same, so you will be in the same boat again shortly

Hoover`d heavy loose material, pre-sprayed the seats with Pre-spray Gold and left for a few minutes to work in, the i used my Stempro with an upholstery attachment using a mix of Odour Fresh and Extraction Pro, seats were dried with a Blower using cold air and when dry a quick spray of Lemon refresh and done :D

All chemicals are from Prochem, i wanted to do my Recaro today but i dont think this weather is the best for cleaning
