    Hey folks,

Not looking for medical advise, but people's own experience.

How long has it been for any of you to get back to full training after the flu (the flu blown one now, not the man flu).

I have heard of it taking people weeks and really hope this is not true.

    Cheers,

    NT

I'm back training 3.5 weeks and still not back to myself. It's going to be different for everyone, don't rush it, listen to the body. The legs were in rag order afterwards aswell, this seems to be common amongst runners recovering from flu.

Edit: Not exactly back to full training yet myself. I was knocked back with 'colds' aswell before full blown pig flu.
