    Is the navy recruiting again? I heard of a few people getting called for the medical over the last few days, I would love to have applied again but wasn't even aware they were recruiting again and did not see anything about it here on boards either...Can someone explain what the story is?

    The minister has approved 200 places for general enlistment but they drawing applicants from last years short list.

    I couldn't tell you if the NS are getting any places.

    Thanks for your reply, so anyone who gets called back for the medical is more or less in? Or is everyone who was short listed getting called back?

    Did you get an email last time around saying you were number x on the list?

    The press office are saying; "Only people who have received an email from the relevant Brigade they applied to saying they are on the panel for that Brigade will be considered for this induction. If you are unsure whether you have a panel number you will need to contact the Brigade you applied to".
