Hey,
The eyre square hotel is ok

The rooms are fairly basic and there is a nightclub next door so it can be noisy. It is dead central as you would probably guess by the name! Depends what you are looking for!

If you book on hotels.com you should get it for about 45 with breakfast if you use one of the discount codes that are usually around BA

Stayed in the Kingsvalley a couple of times, great value, nice rooms and breakfast is lovely. Its on the Dublin Road about 4k from the city centre.

Try the Pillo Hotel & Spa, www.pillohotelgalway.com they have a €59 room deal till the end of Feb. Its 4 star hotel , so its good value.

I stayed in Fort Eyre House, just off Taylors Hill last weekend. A little one bedroom self catering town house. Really good value at €50 per night. Booked it through booking.com

Thanks folks, Ended up booking the westwood hotel via lidl breaks website. 2 nights b&b for 140 which I thought was grand
