No pressure from shower

Hi, I seem to have a problem with the two showers in the house. I left the immersion on for a day and a half by accident in which time no one was in the house (bungalow, only 3 yrs old). Now there's very little pressure from the showers, all the taps in the house are working fine though. Both showers are conventional and not electric. I don't know if it was caused by the immersion or it's a coincidence. The immersion has only ever been used a handful of times as we usually use the gas to heat it up. Thanks in advance.

Is there any chance the showers are fed from a pump? If not, try turning one of the showers on and at the same time back feeding from the kitchen tap. To back feed, cover the part of the tap where the water comes out (with your hand or a damp cloth) and at the same time open the hot and cold taps simultaneously. Run the taps like this for about a minute. Pressure in the shower any better?

No problem with taps both hot and cold. Checked the boiler and there's now no pressure from that too and the burner isn't igniting...a similar problem occured in January and had the boiler serviced, dont know if it's coincidental or just another problem but it's doing it again!

Are the showers fed from a pump?

Must be a pump driving it as it's still the same. No ladder to check. Have the company that fitted and serviced the boiler coming out tomorrow. Thanks for the help jeepers.
