clonmel sunday spins

    I was on the clonmel cycling web site for a look and saw they go for sunday spins http://clonmelcc.com/index.php?news=163
    just wondering at what level these spins are and distance as im only back into cycling after a long break and would enjoy a group spin more than solo stuff for pace setting wind breaking and the social side as you will push yourself more to keep the pace is it open to everyone to turn up or what is the story? .
    If anyone here goes on these they might let me know what the craic.
