Election leaflets, posters & billboards

So how much do the election leaflets, posters and billboards cost?
Doesn’t each political party get a government subvention towards its running costs? This presumably doesn’t come from Santa. So, it must come from us, the ordinary punters.

My own hall door poster has deterred all unsolicited political mail to date. I don’t want the waste of throwing it away, though it would be interesting to weigh it all.

But each day there are more airbrushed posters tagged up & more billboards. Don’t want this visual assault. There’s plenty of info from the papers, TV, radio and social media available.

Leaving aside the whole environmental thing….
