Cases - Bibliography

Should I include cases in a bibliography, or is it enough to have them cited as footnotes? If I do include them, should I group them together, rather than have them appearing alphabetically along with the books?

Im sure others will disagree with me as this is partially a matter of style, but if you are writing a bibliography then you should include every source you refer to even if it is already footnoted, and I would group them seperately- books, then articles, then cases.
