About 2 weeks ago, the place I was currently working at closed down, I was then transfered to a different shop (not the same business though, one shop was cd/dvd shop, the shop I had just been transfered to was a €2 shop) but it was the same owners, just found out now that they have gone into liqudiation and all the shop are closed as of now. I had been in the CD/DVD shop for about 3 years and 3 months, I was in the 2euro shop for a week but the payroll was the same as were the owners. I know I wasn't entitled to redundancy after the CD/DVD shop was closed as I was being transfered on the same payroll, but now that the place I have been transffered to is shut, am I entitled to the redundancy going back to when I started working in the CD/DVD shop back in 2007?

IMO you are entitled to redundancy contact NERA for further information and they might direct you to a rights commissioner tribunal.
