    If you mean the 550v card then that's surprisingly good for that price.

    At least it looks like it. I'd really, really urge you to get the quad-core one for 549 euro if you get it. A dual core won't really last you soon, at least it's not worth saving about 80 quid.

    I have an ati 4200 and according to the site that I just linked up above, the 550v should be miles better than the 4200 so I have no idea why it's not cheaper than the 550v.

    If you waited till you got about a grand you could get a pretty good one, way better then the 550 one.

    don't thinl I'll stretch to a grand,ya the 549eur 1 looks pretty good,have'nt come across anything as good value:D

    Well the good news is that it seems to be an alright card. I'm not sure at all about the AMD processors so I can't be of any help. But apparently it's equal to an i3/i5 (which are generally pretty good just for gaming/in general).

    As for you running games, if you don't mind some low settings, it looks like it could do alright.

    Infact... if we can get a confirmation that it's worth money you might have me buying one too. :p

    I have been running with an amd for on laptop for last 5yr,no problems,seem to me that there is much better value than similar intel processors
