Ok so i build a new server and after roughly and hour-2 would get bsod crashes. I tried checking everythin unplugging individual components etc. now when i try to power it up to go again nothing. no fans start up no nothing. so basically im wondering is there anyway for me to check definitively that its the psu causing the problem? baring in mind i dont have access to electrical equipment like volt/amp meters.

really wanna get this sorted. any help will be greatly appreciated

    oh almost forgot

    System
amd athlon x3 450 (unlocked to phenom x4 B50) (crashes still happen even when not unlocked)
    4gb ddr3 1066 kingston generic ram
    2 x 2tb wd green hdd.
    Corsair 430CX psu
