Art in UL

What are the general opinions out there with regards to the Art collection in UL?

For example, the flag poles and huge check sculpture at the main entrance, the rusty man near the library, the various paintings hung in the corridors or the large mosaics in the foundation building / Irish world academy building for example?

Are you fond of them, interested to learn more about them....or do they go unnoticed most of the time?

    Just a thought!

They're different. Not something you'd see anywhere else.

The flagpoles remind me of Harry Potter
