Just a small idea I had for a bit of light hearted fun this weekend. Im sure a lot of us will be putting some money on the line, but let's pretend we're high rollers with some make believe bets.

I'm giving each of you $100 to bet on this weekends game. Not really, just virtual money I'm afraid. You can bet this on this weekend's game in any manner you like, and there are just three rule:

1. Odds must be obtained from either PaddyPower.com or Bet365.com
2. You must place a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 bets.
3. No single bet can be above $50.

Whoever wins the most e-money is the winner. No editing of bets once they are placed, they are locked in ;)

Who knows, if this takes off we could make it a regular thing for each gameweek next season. If not, well at least I tried :o

I'll start. Here are my selections.

$50 on Pittsburgh Steelers - money line @ 13/10 (Bet365)
$20 on Ben Roethlisberger MVP @ 11/4 (PaddyPower)
$20 on Pittsburgh Steelers to win by 1-6 points @ 7/2 (Bet365)
$10 on Hines Ward under 4 receptions @ 8/11 (PaddyPower)

$10 James Jones to score the first td 12-1 (paddy power )
$30 on team to score first not winning the game 7-5 ( bet365 )
$30 on the first scoring play being a Green Bay field goal 3-1 (Bet365)
$30 on the third qtr having the most points 22-5 (Paddy power )

Good idea for a game makes it interesting ! No value for a lot of bets though !

Im e-broke. Dont know how to tell my e-wife and e-kids that e-Santa wont be coming this year :pac:

First TD scorer: Jordy Nelson $10 @ 16/1 (PP) Yes $170 back
Last TD scorer: Ben Roethlisberger $10 @ 20/1 (PP) No
Winning Margin: Packers 7-12 $30 @ 9/2 (PP) No (damn 2pt conversion)
Handicap Result: Packers -3.5 $40 @ Evens (PP) Yes $80 back
First Song by Black Eyed Peas: Lets Get It Started $10 @ 6/1 (PP) No

Thats $250 back so if you need an e-loan Tom i'll be happy to help. Otherwise plenty of e-drinks to be had.

As for a winner i'd say nobody will catch kev s88, $25 on Nelson for first TD @ 18/1 pretty much blows anyone out of the e-water

Not to mention the €50 he had on the packers winning by 1-6 points which would also return a handy e-profit.

Made a small profit of €28 myself.

My fake bets yielded nothing, while my real ones yielded €195. Nelson to score 1st td. rodgers for mvp. I also had the packers to win by 7-12 points. Nearly got that one in too. Happy with that though. Now what to do that the season is over...
