    At a guess, contact the local council offices for where you are registered, they will put you through to the correct office/dept. Are you looking to move your registration, or remove your self altogether.

    Im emigrating, and dont want voting cards being posted to my address!

    Contact your local FF representative. They will ensure your name is removed and will not use your voting card.

    if you dont vote its not counted ,so no reason to. (or am i missing something?)

    They don't even remove dead people from the register so I wouldn't bother. Had a woman come in a few times when I was doing the poll clerk job, she'd be very upset and ask why her long dead husband's voting card kept arriving in the door when she'd contacted the council numerous times. The big fear is of accidentally disenfranchising someone who can vote.
