I have a small cold water tank in my bathroom, so no filter unfortunately. I do a 20% water change twice a week but last week I missed one. On Tuesday night I did a 40 - 50% water change but yesterday 2 fish were struggling to breath and now 2 are dead. I added the anti-chlorine liquid and there were plenty of air bubbles on all the plants and ornaments so haven't a notion what I did wrong. Any ideas?

There was 6 white cloud mountain minnows and now only 4.

Also if anyone knows of a battery/solar powered filter?

I don't know of any battery or solar filters, so you may need to move the tank out of the bathroom :(

Do you have a test kit? Do you know the pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels of the water?
