    Does anyone know where to find the stats of most bakery items in a bakers shop...I'm finding it difficult, just by using Google etc? Any good books or is there any database with information on baking stats such as cost of ingredients, time to bake, shelf life etc??? Any help would will be appreciated...Thanks
