    Hi,
I'm playing for about three years now and feel that my irons(Wilson Ultra Comp) are due for replacing I'm looking at the wilson Di9/11 sets and also the callaway x-20's. I have tried both the x-20s and the Di11's.Has anyone bought these as game improvers or have you gone with someting else?

I've gone with TM Burner 2.0's and find them very good, they seem to have a proper flight. Before i tended to hit the ball a bit low, and it would never stop on approach to a green. Now i have a more "traditional" arch, and i actually seem to be able to keep the ball on the green.

At the time i also tried the Titleist AP1's, very straight and true, could be worth a look too.

    Hi
I was in a similar situation to yourself- was playing with "bog standard" complete wilson set- bought the Di9's last week and already I feel Im getting a better strike on the ball!

I know somebody who works in a major golf store and he is amazed at the number of golfers who come in, have a look at at a few different clubs, make a few half swings, and with some gentle encouragement from the sales person, they there and then buy a new set of clubs!! Your local golf pro will tape a few up for you and you can try them out at the driving range. The brand and price shouldn't matter. If you are hitting them better than your old ones, then you might consider buying them.

Yes I would, what condition are they in and how much have you in mind?

Clubs in very good nick, some marks on PW and 9 from bunker shots, but thats about it. Thinking about 300 for them (just checked golfbidder). Can't send pics as I'm abroad at the moment. Pm if you're interested.

Just had a look at them online and what not dont think they would suit me probably a better player than I am at the moment, lovely looking club though.
