Just curious, what supplementary training do most people here do? I personally do a fair bit of drills and med ball related work

I try to incorporate a lot of the p90x training plan into my weekly training. 3-4 days I would do either the stretching/ flexibility workout or the yoga routine. core and ab work would be maybe twice a week and then drills probably once or twice a week also.

The flexibility work however i feel has been the cornerstone of my training in the last two months and feel is paying dividends for the amount of time i spend on it

Oh the P90x, i have heard there is great benefits from this. Yoga in particular is an underused yet highly beneficial workout.

It is a great plan but i wouldnt recommend trying to stick to it rigidly as it is fairly intense and would take away from your training if you followed all workouts but i pick and choose the aspects which compliment my running and have to say it was well worth the money (you can get it cheaper that the 130 or what ever is quoted got it myself for like 55-60e)
