Mid price HTPC build

After playing around with various off-the-shelf media players with mixed success, I have decided to bite the bullet and build a HTPC. I don't need anything too fancy, just something that will be beefy enough to play full 1080p video off a network, is not too noisy. I have no need for a TV tuner card or Blu-ray disk player. The budget is about 400-500 euro. Any opinions on the build?

    Motherboard
    ASUS M4A78LT-M, Sockel AM3, mATX

    CPU
AMD Athlon II X2 250 Box, Sockel AM3

    RAM
    Corsair 4GB 1333MHz CL9 DDR3

    HD
    Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB

    Case
    Antec Fusion Remote Black

    Power Supply
    Seasonic S12II-380 Bronze, 380 Watt

    Cooler
    Scythe Big Shuriken

    Keyboard and Remote
Gyration Media Centre Suite, Keyboard And Remote

The RAM and HD I am recycling from another PC. I know the fusion case comes with a remote, but I am thinking of getting a Gyration Media Keyboard and Remote as well. It looks really awesome from what I've seen of it online.

Did you build this? How did you get on?

Done and dusted. I opted for a Fanless PSU in the end:

I wasn't able to get my hands on a Gyration Media Centre Suite, Keyboard/Remote. I have one of those Emprex remotes on order.

Good stuff. Did you put Windows Media Centre on it? Whhich tuner card did you use?

I did put Windows Media Center on it. But I ended up ditching it in favour of XBMC as it couldn't play any HD content out of the box.

I didn't bother with a tuner card or a DVD/Blu ray drive as I had no requirement for those.
