How Much VRT on Fuel?

    Does anyone know how much VRT there is on a Litre of Diesel?
    Have Googled but I can't seem to find it:o

    VRT is applied to the purchase value of a new car or to the open market selling price of a second hand car being registered for the first time in the state. It does not apply to fuel.

    I presume you mean V.A.T rather Than VRT in which case its 21%
