Not a bad deal. I bought a Samsung TV with pretty much the same specs for 399 at Currys and it also makes a great monitor.

Personally I prefer Samsung as a brand, and if prices are in the same range I like to buy B&M to support local employment.

Saw this deal on HDUK earlier and the other TV mentioned there is LG 32LD690, and argos here does it for €399 - 100Hz, Freeview HD (good for Saorview), and plays HD from USB as well.

Not sure about the stock levels though - I managed to reserve the only one available in Drogheda.

And the same is in RicherSounds for £399

And it's a better spec at 100 Hz compared to the ebuyer's 32LD490. Two left in Dundalk branch.

PS: Any chance of getting that 10% off...? :o

@399 Euro that is quite a good buy given the 100hz, Divx via USB and internet connectivity via a dongle or Ethernet.
