Boxty supplier from Cavan/Leitrim?? Need details.

    Hi....

    Would anyone have any details of how to contact a supplier of Boxty inthe Cavan/Leitrim area. Had some LUVVY boxty while on holidays over teh Xmas and was told that it was made commercially by a local company. I thought the name was McAuliffes BUT I can't trace that name anywhere????

    UPDATE..... further enquiries suggest that the name is McNiffs !!!! Can find a referance to same on the internet blogs etc but no direct link to a site for them etc.

    Also checked online with Eircom Directory and nothing showing!!!
