    Have a look at www.elara.ie they are an authorised HP Retailer and have some good offers. The specs you are looking at are on the money, 4GB of memory will give you good speed, 500GB storage is plenty. You can pick up MSFT Office Home & Student for around €100 inc. VAT

    Thanks for the reply was having a look around and laptopsdirect are by far the cheapest for the Sony. Do you know anything about laptopsdirect? Are they any good?

    Yes, you can't go wrong with laptopsdirect - their pricing seems competitive, just confirm their delivery cost etc. The thing to note is whatever brand you buy, the warranty will be with the manufacturer. Also, I suggest you try to get the fastest processor for your budget-which will involve a bit of shopping around and choosing the glossy brand over the workhorse brand!
