Nokia car kit - volume will only turn down

    I updated the software on my nokia ck-600 car kit and now the control wheel only works in one direction. no matter if you turn it anti-clockwise or clockwise it will only work in the same direction. I can only turn the volume down now!

    Nokia were no help and I followed the instructions to the t.

    Has this happened to anyone else? How can I get the firmware reversed to what it was before the update?
