I am currently on JSB, and am down for a course with fas in March, which finishes in July. I have applied for a degree in DCU as a mature student. Also I am living at home so not getting rent allowance , would i be entitled to get rent allowance when i have to move to Dublin to start my degree? Do I apply before I have found accommodation or after if indeed I am entitled to it.
