Gyms in or around rathcoole/johnstown

Hi all, apologies if this is not the correct forum, but i was just wondering if anyone knows of any gyms in or between Rathcoole and Johnstown? Citywest is in the wrong direction as i was hoping for somewhere i could cycle to/past on the way to work, but if not i'll probably have a look at Naas. Thanks:)
