    I brought a xbox 360 and I tried to go onto xbox live and it won't let me.
    Can anyone help?

    It's a eircom broadband and I am using the yellow cable.

    Ok so i doubt its a connection issue. what happens when you try and connect to xbox live?

    when we try and connect it does 2 out of the 3 test things but just nder half way through the last one it stops then says connection failed.

    does it give any error message like NAT setting too High??
