Xbox Content Liscences

    Just out of curiosity, when you share your xbox liscences to one xbox and it says you cant register them to this xbox for another year, does any content you download on other xboxs go back to the original after the register?


    so in basic terms


    I have 2 xbox`s


    Me and My Step Dad play on one (Xbox A)

    I play on an other that I own, thats in my grandmothers house (Xbox B)

    I want to download First Strike on my own personal one (Xbox B)

    But I want the license to be on our shared xbox (Xbox A) so he doesnt have to buy it and waste 15 euro


    So if I download First Strike on Xbox B will the License go to Xbox A since I registered Xbox A to be my own licensed Xbox?

    I'm not too up on these things so am open to correction but I'm fairly certain it remains on whichever console you download it on.

    does each xbox have the same xbox live account?
    from what i remember from my xbox's you should be able to redownload them

    I think the DLC is attached to you live account/gamertag
    SO if you use the same gamertag it should work on both consoles
