I have three mobile broadband. Had been working fine up till recently.

The other day, when i clicked on it to open, nothing at all happened. Couldnt get it going anyway i tried, so uninstalled it. When i re install it, nothing shows up on screen as it should so i go to 'my computer' find it and right click, and press autoplauy which starts to load it but it freezes aftera couple of minutes every time and wont complete the installation.

I was advised to a do a clean up (( cc cleaner etc) and restore it to an earlier date. i've done the clean up but cant restore it, no matter what date i use it tells me it cant restore to that date.

Anyone able to help or offert any advice? No point telling me to ring their support, they're useless.

Not Vista is it :(, wouldn't been the first time I've seen something similar tbh there's loads of fancy boring techie things I could suggest you do but by far the simplest is to back up your data and reinstall Vista.

If your the drivers are installed OK which by the sound of it they are, I suspect the applications having the problems, then you can try and create a manual dial up connection, the instructions are here look for "Error 619" near the bottom of the page and then scroll down the scroll box till you find the step by step instructions for Manual dial-up connection, might get you going again with minimum fuss.
