Donations to Unincorporated Bodies

Hi, I run a Ltd Co and would like to make a donation (€500 ish) to buy equipment for my kids Karate club which is an Unincorporated Body. What are the rules on this and how do I go about accounting for it? Any advice greatly appreciated. Matt
