Top 5 plays

Hey Guys.

I was thinking of doing a top 5 plays of the week/Month?

Just with the Boards guys. It would have to be PS3 only. Unless XBOX'ers would like to email their vids.

Would anybody think it would be a good idea?

I know it would be a lot of work and editing but I need to do something with my time. Damn 3 day week.

Would appreciate your feedback

yeah I would be prepared to do the work. Get my money out of this HD PVR.

(i still have my ps3, thats my fave console but xbox all the way for Blops, I'm actually enjoying it again)

Traitor and, traitor.

Seriously the ps with lagg and host migrations has gotten 10x better. Haven't froze in the past week, very little lag and the odd host migration but you'll have that.

PS3 version isnt actually that bad anymore, i've not had any issues for ages besides the bastarding rage quiters but sure you get those on the xbox too right ??

Biggest perk for me is the ability to talk to the party like its a skype call. PS3 doesnt have a cross game chat and its really hard to hear other players over music and such.

Yeah course but the host migration 99/100 times doesnt fail.

Live has that ??? Didnt even know, pretty handy alrite. There was talk of PS+ userrs getting something like that, must have been scrapped tho.

Yeah and say you and friends are in a game and live party then your other mate comes on.. He can join the session in progress and if hes in the live party then without having to back out he'll be in the game party too.

I was a Sony Fanboy but even ive been convinced that the xbox is better for online play, worth the few euro a month

Anyway back on topic, Id say go for it but you may have problems getting enough clips from just boardsies for a long term thing

Xbox live is a subscription service, if it wasn't better than the free PSN then what would be the point?

On topic I really have to start remembering the rare time I actually do somethin kewl in game.:p

Did PSN get that party chat thing yet? It has been very handy for us in Mw2 and Black Ops especially as Black Ops has had a good bit of integration with it. Very easy to maintain lobbys with it too.

No dont think so. There is a severe lack of communication on ps3. I dont use a mic and it extremely rare to come across a full party of mics.

Yeah, its better for collecting dust !

As for this top5 plays thing, if you get it up and running, maybe i could cherry pick the best clips for the boards montage, as theres been very little activity from people since the first day or so i posted.

Fair point - that's true!

I never had to move it to get it repaired, try and fix the internet connections etc. etc.

It just sat there and worked from day one :cool:

Yeah cool. I've sourced some stuff already intro n that. So maybe by Friday I might have a mock up done.

Got a nice quad frag on demo in radiation, jumped down through the missile doors in the middle to stop them defusing. I'll post it up later.

If so i can record and edit it with the dolly cam

I think I do. I have other clips on radiation but they are only 30seconds or less. The frag kill is a full game. Didn't get a chance to edit it If its not up now I'll put it up later.
