Looking for Oasis Tribute Act

Looking for one man on a guitar to sing everything they possibly know by Oasis for a friends 30th birthday in the coming weeks.

Does anyone know of anyone or any tribute acts out there?

Oasis songs are fairly easy to learn/play, just hire a bloke who plays all sorts and ask him to play only Oasis.

Fair point. But ideally I'd like someone who can learn loads in the space of 2 weeks in the knowledge that they would be really good at pulling it off. Plus it's not all the hits - would want some back catalogue stuff.

Presume you want the voice also. As Duke said, they are easy enough songs to learn so 2 weeks is enough to learn almost their entire back catalogue for most covers players. I have a mate (band-mate for 8 years so i know he knows his stuff ) who is a huge Oasis fan also and probably knows most of their stuff already so can direct you his way if ya like. There is an OASIS tribute on the go called Live Forever. Seen a Poster for them on the door of a pub in Clondalkin. you could see if they are on Myspace or try google them.
