im down from 950 to 450 and ill have it gone by march i told them ill pay how much i want when i can(i do work just have other debts)i just cant understand why they have to be so rude and aggressive especially now in the recession getting any amount of money would be good rather than threatening court action.

If he's dealing with a collection agent he's gone beyond dealing with UB.

No judge on the planet would even hear this case, you wants to realign your repayments cause you have no money, no issue here.

They can take you to court but for what? Money?????
