bluetooth drivers ?

hi. im on a dell inspiron1545 which should have an internal bluetooth thingy. ive gone to dell nd downloaded the (a) driver but not sure if i installed it. can anyone give advice on how to assertain if there is bluetooth on it and how do i get it working. i am pretty much a novice at this stuff cheers . c
