problems with crysis 2 demo on xblive

    hi this demo boots up every time for me up to the point where the actual game is loading and screen is circling what seems to be a 3d image of a city and it will not load any further for me like wtf????

    anyone else having problems like this? i have tried rebooting about 7 times now btw

    I'm having the same problem. I tried clearing the memory cashe but it didn't help.

    Do you get a message telling you your firewill is too strong, or something to that effect?

    I do, but I don't have the firewall enabled.

    my problem is the game is loading to a point and then freezing the console before the game begins??


    not getting any warnings or explanations at all

    Well Crytek are actually releasing a patch to fix the problems caused in the demo (heh. A patch for a demo, when has that ever happened?). I'm having the same problem myself and I just hope that it'll be ironed out.

    I couldnt get into a match at all, have an open NAT and when it came to the loading screen it just said the net connection was lost, I'd have to reset my router as well to get my connection back, very strange. kinda put me off buying the game tbh if they cant get a demo working properly
