Applying to teachers council

I want to apply to the teachers council to teach at secondary or PLC / 3rd level. I dont have a hdip but as far as I can see I can still apply. I've done some resource teaching and have thought adult evening classes. I've a degree in computer science and a number of years in the IT industry. I'm not sure what forms to fill…
