Well, we don't know where you live, so that's a toughie. Look through the Golden Pages under 'Toolmakers' - there's bound to be a few local to you.

my last contact didnt worked out as he only makes parts for trucks and forklifts so BUMP

You could get in contact with a local university which does engineering. I'm pretty sure they occasionally work with external people or companies as they have lot of specialised equipment. DIT have a pretty good CNC capability.
