Does anyone know if it is possible to keep the Toll Tag(s) when you want to change provider?

I'm pretty sure they all use different tags and they can't be swapped over to a different company. Some of them may use the same so best to check with whoever you're going with.

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

No. Also unless you did actually pay for it up front you don't own it to begin with, the standard €1 a month is partially rental.

There's only two types used here, Kapsch and Melodhy, but neither can be reassigned between issuers.
