Looking to sync with one Contacts folder in Outlook 2007

I have a number of Contacts Folders in Outlook 2007 and want to sync an iPhone 4 with one folder only. Is there any straight forward way of doing this? When I try syncing through iTunes, all contacts from all folders end up in the iPhone.
