    Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on CPA revision courses in GCD , BPP Limerick and Independent Colleges Dublin.
I need to choose one for the April exams!
Also do you know if they are open to all CPA students or is it dependant on which educator you are studying through?
    Thanks :D

    Hi,
I am sitting the CPA P1 exams in April and doing the revision course with Griffith College in Dublin. As far as I am aware you do not have to study with them to do the revision course but you get a discount (about €30 per subject) if you are studying with them.

I did F1 with Griffith and F2 with BPP and passed with both of them first time. But I felt that Griffith were more organised (my courses with BPP were swapped from the college in Baggot St to hotels in Ballsbridge) but the tutors in both were very good.

In both courses I found the books to have errors (mainly typing errors) but the handouts from the tutors to be very good.

I am studying by correspondence so depend on the books and the revision courses a lot.

    Good luck with the studies!

    Thanks for your reply!

I am also doing it by correspondence so the revision course is very important! I'm finding the BPP manuals quite useful, just a lot to get through.

I have since booked my revision courses with Independent Colleges on Dawson Street. I contacted them with the intent to do one subject at a cost of €255 but was delighted to find out they are currently offering all Prof 1 revision courses for €100 per subject :)

Best of luck with the exams, so far I have passed all first time so hopefully it continues! :)
