No heating, boiler issue?

    Greetings all.

I come to you in desperation. We recently ran out of heating oil, after putting £400 in, in November. This is the 3rd time we have run out.

The previous two times, I have taken off the supply flexi pipe to the boiler, pressed the restart button a few times, and its fired up. Not today.

Oil has been delivered. Have opened flexi pipe, oil is pouring out. Pressed the restarty button (8 times now), and the boiler runs for 15 seconds, motor spins but it WILL not fire. Is there a proper bleed valve somewhere or is there something else broken?

Its a Bentone TF382. Pics below. Any help would be appreciated as we are FREEZING.

keep the flexihose in place and open the nut above it (in this picture) http://www.turboimagehost.com/p/5719481/009.JPG.html

16mm spanner needed, open it and loosen it off with ur hand a bit and let the oil bubble out of it until it drips constantly, then press the red button to fire up the burner (more oil will fly out) so tighten the nut up again and see if it runs

    that should do it

if it doesnt then there must be a problem with the oil pump, how long was it out for oil for?
