Hi, My friend has been diagnosed with a chronic illness and I think he should apply for a medical card. His income is low and rapidly decreasing. Can anyone tell me below what income can someone apply for a medical card and are there are other stipulations such as if he has some money in his bank, wallet etc, all advice…
