I'd argue with you, but I have too many things to be doing to pass the time. If only the day was a few hours longer.

    Very negative!!

Maynooth is hardly more boring than any other place. There's plenty to do, like others have already suggested. You have to find things to do, they're not going to come to you.

Sometimes it's nice to just meet people, chill and grab a coffee, even. There's lots of nice places in the village where you can relax, on your own or with friends.

If you're really stuck, you could, you know, actually, like, do some study or something? I hear there's a library on south campus.

    Download* a good tv series.
Sit on blue chairs watching it during free time.
Stare continuously at anyone walking past, it's an apparent prerequisite of sitting at the blue chairs.

    *on iTunes of course...

I definitely suggest The Wire, five seasons of probably the best telly ever.

I'm only halfway through watching the first season, but it's already amehhhzing!

    Also McNulty's a ride.

Back on topic - read books and drink hot chocolate in the reading room/common room/wherever. Or meet with friends. Or go on the interwebs.

Wow, the SU posters are looking really great lately. That one posted by AdmaialNimitz is class.

Who's behind Photoshop (or equivalent?) for those?

Mostly Rob, but the latest Clubs and Socs' masterpiece is a work of art by AdmaialNimitz himself. I heart that poster!
