after smoking for the past 18yrs:eek: ive finally decided that that's it I'm done with them , the longest i've ever gone without a smoke is 2 days. Friday i had 3 cigarettes for the whole day, had my last one at 5pm didnt have another cigarette till 8pm saturday nite when a friend offered me one. we through all day…

Friday i had 3 cigarettes for the whole day, had my last one at 5pm didnt have another cigarette till 8pm saturday nite when a friend offered me one. we through all day yesterday and all today without a smoke, im chuffed BUT, i cant stop eating:mad: i ate pure crap yesterday , all day. i kept picking at junk and the same today , im afraid im gonna start piling on the pounds.
