after smoking for the past 18yrs:eek: ive finally decided that that's it I'm done with them , the longest i've ever gone without a smoke is 2 days. Friday i had 3 cigarettes for the whole day, had my last one at 5pm didnt have another cigarette till 8pm saturday nite when a friend offered me one. we through all day…
