    Hi Everyone,

For those of you that don’t already those there will be an open race as part of The European Duathlon Championships in Limerick on the 15th- 17th of April.

Everyone is welcome to take part and whether it’s your first time or you are a seasoned cyclist/runner and we would be encouraging as many people as possible to take part.

It’s a 3km run/20km cycle/ 3km run and it can be done as a relay with your friends. . The course starts and finished in O' Callaghan Strand in Limerick and it will be run on closed roads around the city. We have also secured the newly refurbished "Limerick Milk Market" for the pasta party on the Friday night

It’s a good goal for anyone looking to get fit and healthier and the proceeds go to St. Gabriel’s School and Centre for disabled children. This will be a unique event as part of the European Championships and the opportunity to see the best of Limerick. There will be goodie bags, finishers T-Shirt and medal for everyone that enters as well a prizes for the top three in their categories

Check out our site www.europeanduathlonchampionships.com for more information including a beginner training program up for anyone who wants to give it a go.smile.gif
